made it home. rolled in off lake shore drive at sundown, and as i was pulling in, the city fireworks were just starting. parked the bike, watched some explosions, then went straight to murphs soaking wet and full of grime from a 760 mile ride, and sat down and had a bneer with all of my best friends. amazing. couldnt ask for a better ending to a life changing trip. i made it!

made it today from ashville nc to rockingham nc, getting ready for the big event tomorrow. the "long road" work part is offically over.i'm super tired from waking up all early this week, but the excitement has outweighed the exhaustion. one last big party and then its back home for me!
